  1. Defining requirements<\/strong>: Role, Objectives, Tasks, Profile, Education, Experience, Personality, Conditions of Employment<\/li>\n
  2. Drafting key documents<\/strong>: Job Description and Job Offer<\/li>\n
  3. Candidate search<\/strong>: Publishing job offers on our website, contacting candidates directly (headhunting) and placing ads using selected media as agreed with our client<\/li>\n
  4. Pre-selection process<\/strong>: Analysis and selection of CVs based on objective criteria + telephone interviews<\/li>\n
  5. Candidate selection<\/strong>: Physical interviews conducted by our consultants + Tests + References taken<\/li>\n
  6. Candidate shortlist<\/strong>: Presenting selected candidates to our client with a complete dossier and recommendations<\/li>\n
  7. Candidate follow-up<\/strong>: Monitoring candidates right up until final recruitment, as well as through subsequent induction<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
